Responsibilities Assist residents or clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support Help with meal preparation and feeding to meet dietary needs and preferences Utilize proper patient transfer methods and manual handling techniques, including the use of Hoyer lifts when necessary Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning duties and adherence to infection control protocols Document care activities accurately in compliance with healthcare regulations and assist with updating individual care plans Skills Strong patient observation skills to monitor health status and recognize signs of distress or deterioration Excellent communication skills for engaging effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams Ability to assist with transportation needs for clients Join us today to become part of a dedicated team committed to providing exceptional personal support that empowers individuals to live their best lives.
