Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR). Educate patients and families on medications, treatment plans, and health maintenance while addressing questions and concerns. Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, and the healthcare team to deliver safe, high-quality patient care. Requirements for LPN 2+ years of LPN experience. OBGYN exp required
