Private Duty Nurse (LPN/RN) - Brentwood, MO Elevate Care Providers LLC is seeking a dependable and compassionate LPN or RN for a one-on-one Private Duty Nursing (PDN) case in Brentwood, Missouri .

Available Schedule Monday, Wednesday & Thursday:

7:00 AM-5:00 PM — 30 hours per week Every other

Saturday & Sunday:

7:00 AM-5:00 PM — 20 hours every other weekend Additional evening shifts may also become available:

Wednesday, Thursday & Friday:

5:00 PM-11:00 PM — up to an additional 18 hours per week Candidates do not have to cover every available shift. Please indicate which days and shifts you are interested in working. Important Schedule Note Beginning in January, the three weekday shifts may change based on the client's class schedule. The shift time will remain 7:00 AM-5:00 PM , but the days may change. For example, the schedule could become Monday/Wednesday/Friday or Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday. Responsibilities Provide individualized nursing care in the client's home. Assist with care needs related to quadriplegia, including positioning, mobility, transfers, range-of-motion exercises, and prevention of pressure injuries according to the plan of care. Monitor the client's condition and provide ordered medications, treatments, and skilled nursing interventions. Assist with activities of daily living, personal care, bowel and bladder care, and other authorized needs. Observe for changes in condition and report concerns appropriately. Maintain complete and accurate nursing documentation for each shift. Communicate effectively with the client, family, agency clinical staff, physicians, and other members of the care team. Follow physician orders, the established plan of care, infection-control procedures, and agency policies. Qualifications Current Missouri LPN or RN license in good standing. Current CPR/BLS certification. Ability to successfully complete required background screenings. Current TB/health screening documentation as required. Reliable transportation to Brentwood, Missouri. Dependable attendance and strong communication skills. Comfortable providing one-on-one nursing care in a private home. Experience with quadriplegia, spinal cord injury, bowel and bladder programs, rehabilitation, home health, or private duty nursing is preferred.
