As an Exit 11 Store Manager, you lead from the front, working side-by-side with your team in our high-volume drive-thrus every day. You own the shift, keeping workflows tight while managing scheduling, inventory, and cash controls. Beyond logistics, your primary focus is coaching and developing baristas to deliver top-notch guest experiences. Passionate about hospitality. Genuine interest in quality ingredients, clean products, and doing things correctly. Experience leading teams with different backgrounds and experience levels. Proven ability to develop employees. Ability to hold team members accountable professionally and consistently. The maturity to make tough decisions and follow through respectfully. Organized, reliable, and comfortable having direct conversations. Responsibilities Run day-to-day operations at a high-volume drive-thru location. Train and develop baristas to deliver top-tier guest experiences. Manage labor schedules, product inventory, cash controls, and workflows. Conduct performance reviews, coach staff, and resolve issues promptly. Maintain a team culture rooted in mutual respect and accountability.
