What We Offer Schedule:
Monday- Friday, 7:45am- 5:00pm Novant Health Langtree Medical Plaza is hiring for a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) serves as an integral member of the healthcare team at Novant Health by establishing authentic, personalized relationships with patients and their chosen support systems. Working collaboratively with providers, registered nurses, and interdisciplinary team members, the LPN helps deliver high-quality, compassionate care that promotes optimal health and wellness throughout the patient's healthcare journey. The LPN utilizes evidence-based practice, clinical expertise, and compassion to support patient care needs while contributing to a safe, patient-centered environment. As a member of the RN-led care team, the Licensed Practical Nurse accepts accountability for the provision of care in accordance with current policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. What You'll Do Establish trusting and therapeutic relationships with patients and their support systems. Collaborate effectively with physicians, advanced practice providers, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Deliver compassionate, individualized nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse and within the LPN scope of practice.What We're Looking For Education :
High School Diploma or GED, required. Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program, required.Experience :
One year of relevant experience, preferred.Licensure/Certification :
