$49/hour Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the team at Laconia Rehab Center in Laconia, NH. This is a 13-week contract position offering a consistent 3-night block schedule and a 36-hour weekly guarantee. Responsibilities Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to LTC and rehabilitation residents. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies. Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly. Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation. Collaborate with CNAs, nurses, providers, and other healthcare professionals. Assist with care planning and maintain resident safety and comfort. Follow infection-control and facility protocols. Requirements Current, active LPN/LVN license in good standing. Previous LTC, SNF, or rehabilitation experience preferred. Current CPR/BLS certification as required by the facility. Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills. Ability to work the scheduled overnight shifts.

Pay:

$47.00 - $49.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 per week
