Provide direct patient care according to care plans and physician orders. Administer medications and treatments. Monitor and document vital signs and patient condition. Perform wound care and other nursing procedures within scope. Assist with ADLs as needed. Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation. Report changes in patient condition to the RN or healthcare provider.Requirements:
Active New Mexico LPN/LVN license. Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program. Current BLS certification, if required. Strong communication and patient-care skills. #PHHC Pay:

I live 50+ miles from Bloomfield, NM and accept $42/hr ($13/hr W2 + $29/hr stipend).Local:
