•5:00 PM to 5:30 AM Job Summary Bloomfield Nursing & Rehab is seeking an experienced and compassionate Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for a 10-week contract assignment. This position offers consistent hours, competitive pay, and the opportunity to provide quality care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the healthcare team. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning. Provide compassionate care while ensuring resident safety and comfort. Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Requirements Active LPN License (State of New Mexico or Compact License). Previous experience in Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), or Rehabilitation preferred. Current BLS/CPR certification. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
