Job Description

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
Current, active South Carolina LPN license School-based nursing experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Comfortable providing 1:1 care as well as managing a wider caseload Adaptable and collaborative within multidisciplinary school teamsKey Responsibilities:
Deliver direct nursing care to students with a range of health conditions, both individually and in group settings Administer prescribed medications, health interventions, and emergency care as required Maintain detailed and confidential health records, adhering to all privacy and compliance standards Communicate with families, educators, and other staff regarding student health plans and wellbeing Support the development and implementation of Individualized Healthcare Plans (IHPs)Benefits and Perks:
