Applicants must have an accredited LVN program diploma, a current Texas LVN license, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and strong communication and computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and EMR systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compassionate, able to multitask, and enjoys building relationships with consumers, families, and community partners. This position provides nursing services under the supervision of a physician, APRN, PA, or RN and includes community visits as needed. Pay rate ranges from $19.57-$21.39 with a $2,500 sign-on bonus. We offer weekly direct deposit, medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, life insurance, and paid time off (PTO).
