What You'll Be Doing As a Licensed Massage Therapist, you'll provide customized massage sessions based on each client's individual needs, preferences, and wellness goals while creating a welcoming and professional experience from beginning to end. You'll also: Customize sessions based on each client's needs and preferences Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage and bodywork Build positive relationships with new and returning clients Maintain a clean, comfortable, and professional treatment environment Communicate effectively with clients, management, and fellow team members Contribute to the overall flow and success of the spa as part of a collaborative team Help create an exceptional experience that keeps clients looking forward to their next visit What We're Looking For Current Connecticut Massage Therapy License Professional, dependable, and client-focused Strong communication and interpersonal skills A positive team player who is willing to contribute to the overall success and day-to-day flow of the spa Knowledge of Swedish massage Additional modalities are a plus, including Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Prenatal, Myofascial, Neuromuscular, Craniosacral, and Reiki Availability for evening and weekend shifts is required. We offer flexible scheduling, but candidates should be available to work a combination of nights and weekends based on the needs of the spa.
