Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled, compassionate, and professional Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping patients achieve long-term wellness through high-quality therapeutic massage and who enjoys working in a collaborative healthcare environment. Requirements (Must Meet All) Active Virginia Massage Therapy License Current Professional Liability (Malpractice) Insurance Available to work every Monday and Saturday Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, reliable, punctual, and patient-focused Authorized to work in the United States Responsibilities Provide customized therapeutic massage treatments based on each patient's individual needs Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, and other therapeutic modalities Educate patients on self-care and wellness recommendations when appropriate Build long-term relationships with patients through exceptional care and professionalism Maintain accurate treatment documentation in our electronic medical record (EMR) system Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and sanitized Collaborate with our acupuncturists and other providers to deliver integrated patient care Preferred Qualifications Experience in a medical, rehabilitation, chiropractic, acupuncture, or wellness clinic Additional certifications such as Prenatal Massage, Hot Stone, Cupping, Lymphatic Drainage, or Sports Massage are a plus Comfortable working with patients experiencing chronic pain and musculoskeletal conditions Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation: $70-$120 per hour Flexible scheduling Employee discount on clinic services Complimentary acupuncture treatments Professional and supportive team environment EMR system provided Established patient base Opportunity for long-term growth within our practice
