  • 70 per session + tips | Vienna, VA About Us Feeling Great Massage is a lymphatic-focused, medically oriented therapeutic massage practice in Vienna, VA, established in 2014.
MLD is at the core of what we do — not an add-on. We treat lymphedema clients, post-surgical recovery cases, orthopedic cases, prenatal and postpartum clients. This is a clinical setting, not a spa. The Role This is a primary employment position. We are looking for therapists for whom massage therapy is their main profession — not a side job. You will carry a consistent, set schedule with time between sessions and a client load focused on therapeutic outcomes over volume. MLD training required — a 14-hour in-person CEU course is the minimum. Full MLD certification (40-45 hour in-person course with exam) is strongly preferred and prioritized. Therapists actively working toward MLD specialization are encouraged to apply. This is a place to build a serious clinical career in lymphatic and medical massage. Qualifications Active Virginia Massage Therapy License MLD training required — a 14-hour in-person CEU course is the minimum. Full MLD certification (40-45 hour in-person course with exam) is strongly preferred and prioritized.
Experience in one or more:
lymphedema management, post-surgical massage, prenatal massage, orthopedic massage, myofascial release, sports massage, or medical massage Comfortable with treatment planning and session documentation (SOAP notes) Punctual, communicative, detail-oriented, and service-minded Massage therapy is your primary profession Based in Northern Virginia or planning to relocate Experienced therapists: minimum 5 years hands-on experience preferred.
Recent or upcoming graduates:
recommendation letter from a professor or instructor, or minimum GPA of 3.5 from an accredited massage therapy program. Coming from a Healthcare or allied health background? If you have a background in physical therapy, physical therapy assistance, occupational therapy, nursing, or another healthcare field and are considering massage therapy as your next professional path — we'd love to hear from you. Massage therapy offers more one-on-one time with each patient, meaningful clinical outcomes, and greater control over your schedule and caseload. Our practice is a natural fit for clinically trained professionals who want to work at a deeper, more personalized level with their clients. Virginia massage therapy licensure is required prior to starting. We are happy to discuss the process with you. What we offer $50
