We are looking to add a Clinical Assistant to support our providers with chairside and clinical responsibilities as we help patients find relief from TMJ pain, craniofacial pain, and sleep-related breathing disorders. Responsibilities:

Assist providers chairside during patient exams, consultations, and treatment appointments Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain compliance with infection control protocols Take patient histories, vitals, and clinical photographs/records as needed Assist with sleep test setup, appliance fittings, and adjustments under provider direction Educate patients on home care, appliance use, and treatment expectations Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the patient record Support inventory management and ordering of clinical supplies Collaborate with the front desk and treatment coordination team to ensure a seamless patient experience Assist with provider outreach and practice development initiatives as needed

Skills and Experience:

Clinical assistant, dental assistant, or medical assistant experience (preferred) Knowledge of sleep medicine, TMJ/craniofacial treatment, or dental sleep appliances a plus Strong customer service mindset and ability to build rapport with patients Comfortable working with clinical technology and equipment Possess empathy towards patients and a genuine interest in their overall wellbeing Utilize every patient contact as an opportunity to advance patient care Must believe in the importance of health for overall physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing of patients Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, while maintaining ability to multi-task Friendly yet professional CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

Pay:

$19.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 36.0 per week
