Baptist Senior Care at Neptune Beach The AgeWell Department is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant II to support their team. AgeWell services patients 65+ and is growing rapidly at Baptist! This position requires a candidate to have their Medical Assistant Certification as well as strong communication skills, interpersonal skills and flexibility. We serve families throughout the area with high-quality, comprehensive care for every stage of life. As a Certified Medical Assistant II, your responsibilities will include: Performing phlebotomy procedures Providing nursing assistance to physician Obtaining vital signs Greeting and chaperoning patients during medical visit Telephone triage and patient education Maintaining medical documentation Scheduling care, treatment, and diagnostic tests, per physician Processing CLIA waived tests, prescription requests, and referrals Cross training in front office, referrals area, and other areas

Experience Requirements:

Over 5 years Patient Care Experience Preferred Experience in
