Medical Assistant Medical Assistant, Certified Medical Assistant, or Certified Nurse Assistant Job Description:

Looking for a self-motivated and multitasking individual. Assist the provider as needed, including serving as a scribe as needed. Job Duties (including but not limited to): Scheduling appointments, taking vitals on all patients as required, obtaining and updating all patient information as needed, assisting patients as necessary. Able to give injections and vaccinations to patients. Organizational skills and prioritizing are a must, along with a great job ethic. Must be willing to work in a variety of specialty clinics to support department needs.

Education/Credentials:

Must have a high school diploma or GED Must be 18 years of age Positive attitude Team player Excellent communication and customer service skills Computer and phone skills

Experience:

1-3 years hospital experience preferred

License & Certifications:

Must be willing to obtain BLS certification within 30 days of hire Must be willing to obtain medical assistant certification within 14 months of hire If C.N.A. must have current certification in good standing Why Join Us?
