Job Description

Join a Legacy of Care in a Dynamic Dual-Role Position! Become an integral part of a dedicated team that has provided high-quality Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Massage, and Sports Medicine care to our community for over 30 years. In this small, supportive 3-person office, you will work directly alongside Dr. Wright, Dr. Rhine, and our massage therapist, Patty.
Position Details:
Schedule:
Part-time (20 hours/week), with potential to expand to 24+ hours/week as our practice grows.
Role:
A dynamic hybrid position split between Healthcare Receptionist and Patient Care Assistant .
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk /
Receptionist:
Warmly greet and room patients Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments Verify insurance benefits, handle data entry, and collect payments Assist with general administrative and clinical support tasks
Patient Care Assistant:
Room patients and assist doctors with clinical note-taking Prepare patients for treatment (e.g., connecting therapy machines, removing acupuncture needles) Maintain clean, sanitized, and welcoming treatment rooms Cross-train to support front desk duties as needed
What We're Looking For:
Prior experience as a healthcare receptionist is preferred, but not required—we are happy to train the right candidate! Above all, we are seeking someone who is intelligent, outgoing, positive, health-conscious, and enthusiastic about contributing to a vibrant team environment.
Job Type:
Part-time Pay:
