We are seeking a licensed Medical Director to provide physician oversight for our Edgewater, New Jersey location. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician interested in aesthetic medicine who is looking for a flexible, part-time leadership role. Responsibilities Provide medical oversight of all aesthetic medical procedures. Review and approve clinical protocols and treatment guidelines. Supervise and collaborate with Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Registered Nurses as required by New Jersey law. Be available for medical consultation regarding patient treatment plans and clinical questions. Review patient charts and medical documentation as needed. Ensure compliance with state, federal, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations. Support quality assurance initiatives and patient safety. Participate in periodic staff meetings and provider education. Assist with maintaining clinical standards and best practices. Be available for scheduled on-site visits and remote physician support as needed. Qualifications Active and unrestricted New Jersey M.D. or D.O. license. DEA registration (preferred if applicable). Board Certified or Board Eligible. 5+ years experience in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, plastic surgery, family medicine, emergency medicine, or internal medicine is preferred. Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills. Professional liability insurance or ability to obtain coverage.
