GENERAL MANAGER - Boutique Fitness Studio We're looking for a high-energy, outgoing, performance-driven leader to manage our growing studio! Our ideal GM is a strong multitasker who can lead, train, and motivate a team while creating an amazing experience for our members. You'll be responsible for: Managing & training staff Driving membership sales & studio growth Keeping the studio spotless and equipment in tip-top shape Building relationships with members & the local community Creating engaging social media content & being comfortable on camera Meeting goals and taking ownership of overall studio performance We want someone who is personable, organized, proactive, competitive, and results-driven — someone who notices what needs to be done and gets it done! Salary + Commission — your performance directly impacts your earning potential. If you love people, fitness, social media, and the excitement of growing a business, we want to meet you!
