Job Description

A-Team Dental Staffing has partnered with a premier private dental practice in West Hollywood, CA, to identify an exceptional Office Manager. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a modern, patient-focused practice dedicated to clinical excellence, exceptional customer service, and a positive team culture. As the Office Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice while leading and supporting a team of approximately 12 employees. This role requires a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coaching others, and is passionate about creating an exceptional patient experience. What You'll Do
  • Lead and support the daily operations of the practice
  • Supervise, coach, and motivate the front office and clinical teams
  • Manage provider schedules and optimize patient flow
  • Monitor production goals and key performance indicators
  • Oversee insurance verification, billing, collections, and financial reporting
  • Present treatment plans and financial arrangements to patients
  • Maintain office systems, policies, and operational efficiency
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and patient-centered culture

REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of 3 years of Dental Office Manager experience
  • Previous private practice experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of PPO and Fee-for-Service insurance
  • Experience with dental billing, insurance verification, and collections
  • Proven experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, professional, and patient-focused attitude
