Green Dermatology is a well-established, trusted and a multigenerational practice in San Clemente since 1974. We are proud to care for thousands of loyal Orange County patients who value our expertise and honesty. This is a single physician office. We have always been fortunate to have a warm and friendly staff that genuinely enjoys working together. We don't overbook appointments and make it a priority to see all patients on time. This creates a positive low-stress environment for both patients and staff. We look forward to working with you. Responsibilities Monitor budget and billing payments Order medical and office supplies Develop and implement office policies and procedures Supervise office staff, including receptionists, secretaries and cashiers Maintain medical and staff records Liaise with doctors and nurses to identify potential office dysfunctions Arrange cleaning staff and emergency maintenance services as necessary Provide informative material for patients Generate inventory records Ensure compliance with current healthcare regulations, medical laws and high ethical standards Handle accounts receivable and payable, generate daily reports Requirements Proven work experience as a medical office manager Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative processes and principles Ability to handle medical records discreetly Knowledge of medical issues and terminology Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to multi-task and perform well in stressful situations Communication skills and a customer service orientation
Pay:
$30.00 - $34.00 per hour
