Office Practice Manager We're seeking a seasoned Office Practice Manager with a strong dental corporate (DPO or multi-location) background who knows how to lead teams, drive performance, and think strategically about growth. This role is ideal for a leader who has successfully managed larger, fast-paced dental organizations and understands both the people's side and the business side of dentistry. What We're Looking For Proven experience as an Office Practice Manager in a dental corporation or multi-site organization (Experience limited to solo practices will not be a fit for this role) Strong understanding of EBITDA growth , operational efficiency, and profitability Demonstrated ability to analyze KPIs , track trends, and make data-driven decisions Experience managing large teams , workflows, and complex operations Confident communicator who can motivate, inspire, and hold teams accountable Ability to coach leaders, elevate culture, and drive consistent performance Comfortable partnering with executive leadership and aligning office goals with company strategy Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations while ensuring financial and operational targets are met Monitor and improve KPIs including production, collections, scheduling efficiency, and labor Drive EBITDA-focused initiatives through cost control, productivity, and process improvement Lead, mentor, and inspire team members to perform at their highest level Foster a positive, accountable, and growth-oriented office culture Implement systems, workflows, and best practices consistent with a corporate dental environment
