Position:

Work from Home Medical Records Outbound Specialist Position details:

• High volume phones all day making calls to providers office to obtain patient charts for insurance companies.
• May take a few inbound when needed.
• May have to schedule a technicians to go out to locations to pick up records.

Additional Information:

Need to be detail oriented in your work - reading the notes on each org before calling, disposition calls correctly, and following established operating procedures while maintaining high-quality work. To be successful, the Outreach Agent will need to be able to toggle applications and screens with ease.

Pay:

$16/hr. weekly pay & full benefits

Training:

M-F Day shift 8a-4:30p

Post Training Shift:

M-F Day shift 8a-4:30p

1 or more years' experience in healthcare office setting/Call center. Exceptional written & verbal communication Handle high volume outbound calls High school diploma/Equivalent High speed internet Must live in Dallas, TX or surrounding area
