If you love working with kids, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a knack for staying organized while juggling multiple tasks, we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally Schedule and confirm patient appointments Verify and review dental insurance benefits and coverage Greet patients and families warmly upon arrival Manage patient check-in/check-out process Handle billing inquiries and collect payments as needed Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Coordinate with clinical staff to keep the schedule running smoothly Perform other front desk and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Friendly, warm, and outgoing personality — comfortable working with children and parents Strong attention to detail, especially with insurance verification and scheduling Excellent multitasking and organizational skills Ability to stay calm and efficient in a busy office environment Strong communication skills, both on the phone and in person Prior dental or medical front office experience preferred, but not required Familiarity with dental insurance and coordination of benefits a plus
