Job Description

Encore at Parkside is currently hiring a medication technician 3pm-11pm to join our dedicated care team in our assisted living community located in Newark, Delaware. $18-28 hr. This role is vital to ensuring our residents receive quality care with dignity, compassion, and respect.
Key Responsibilities:
Administers prescribed medications to residents in accordance with state regulations and facility policy Accurately document medication administration and resident observations Assist residents with daily living activities such as dressing, hygiene, and mobility Monitor residents for changes in physical or mental health and promptly report concerns Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members Maintain cleanliness and safety of resident areas
Qualifications/Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Completion of an LLAM certification Experience in senior care or long-term care - a plus!
