Job Description

Brightview Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Med Tech for our overnight shift. In this role, you'll administer medications, document accurately, monitor residents' conditions, and support daily care in our assisted living and memory care neighborhoods. You'll work closely with nurses and caregivers to ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity. Responsibilities Administer medications according to physician orders and community policies Accurately document medication administration and resident responses in EHR or records Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to nursing staff Support residents with basic daily care and safety needs during overnight hours Follow infection control, safety, and emergency procedures at all times Maintain secure, accurate medication storage, counts, and labeling Collaborate with nurses, caregivers, and other team members to support resident care plans Communicate respectfully and compassionately with residents and families Participate in training and ongoing education to maintain competencies Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized care environment overnight Required Skills Medication administration Electronic health records (EHR) documentation Vital signs monitoring Resident observation and reporting Infection control procedures Medication storage and labeling Emergency response protocols Basic patient care techniques HIPAA compliance Time management
