Qualifications and Experience:

Prior experience supporting educators and students in a school setting, particularly at the elementary level, is highly desirable. Willingness to complete required fingerprinting/background check (fee covered by candidate). Strong communication skills, patience, and a collaborative mindset. Ability to adapt and provide programmatic support across kindergarten classrooms. Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) are welcome, but will not receive district or agency supervision or compensation specific to RBT credentials.
