We are seeking a compassionate and motivated registered associate to join our clinical team while working toward independent Oregon licensure. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial and mental health assessments, including gathering clinical history, identifying presenting needs, and contributing to diagnostic formulation and treatment recommendations within your scope of practice and level of training.
• Provide individualized, evidence-informed psychotherapy to clients with a variety of presenting concerns, backgrounds, and treatment needs under appropriate clinical supervision.
• Develop, implement, review, and update individualized treatment plans that reflect client goals, clinical needs, progress, and medical necessity.
• Apply developing clinical judgment to select appropriate therapeutic interventions, monitor client response, and consult with your supervisor when treatment needs change or additional guidance is indicated.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and clinically meaningful documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, safety plans, and other required clinical records.
• Assess for suicide risk, self-harm, abuse, neglect, interpersonal violence, and other safety concerns; develop safety plans and consult or escalate to supervision and higher levels of care when clinically indicated.
• Participate consistently in required clinical supervision, team meetings, case consultation, professional development, and quality-improvement activities while incorporating feedback into ongoing clinical growth. Qualifications
• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or another qualifying behavioral health discipline.
• Current Oregon registered associate status in good standing and active pursuit of independent clinical licensure.
• Foundational knowledge of mental health assessment, treatment planning, psychotherapy, clinical documentation, professional ethics, and therapeutic relationship building.
• Willingness to seek consultation, receive and incorporate clinical feedback, and appropriately involve a supervisor when urgent, complex, or higher-acuity needs arise.
• Strong written communication, organization, and time-management skills, including the ability to complete clear, accurate, timely documentation and manage caseload responsibilities.
• Commitment to ethical, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and client-centered care.
• Professional demeanor, dependable follow-through, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to ongoing learning, professional development, and meeting applicable supervision and licensure requirements.
