Your assignments will begin with limited hours on Opening Day and Summer Academy (starting August 10, 2026), then transition to regular school hours—32.5-35 hours per week—aligned to the district's academic calendar and your specific role. Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (preferred) or Associate's degree with at least one year of relevant experience (three years preferred) Prior work with students diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, emotional or behavioral disabilities, or in settings such as ABA therapy, special education, or behavioral health Strong behavior management and de-escalation skills Ability to support students with intensive behavioral and emotional needs Calm, dependable, and collaborative professional approach Comfortable with personal care support when needed Basic computer proficiency necessary for tracking student progress
