Ladeby Consulting has an experienced team that is versed in person-centered problem-solving approaches to address behaviors that require intervention. We are looking for a behavior professional to join our team. Behavior Professionals at Ladeby Consulting have complete flexibility in creating their work schedule. The large majority of job duties are completed remotely and in-person jobs are completed on as as-needed basis and with the collaboration of the people we are working with. We are seeking both full-time, part-time, subcontractors.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
It is essential that Behavior Professionals complete job duty to satisfaction and promptly. The following duties are representative of the job but are not all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned as needed. Pay details We pay immediately after successful completion of each

maintenance is paid Bi-weekly. Your caseload is determined by your comfort level. Job is primarily remote, there are minimal onsite visits or in person training. Position is classified as a 1099 independent contractor. Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) Complete functional behavior assessment process for new clients and as needed. Ensure FBA clinical products meet all requirements as dictated by the OARs. Update behavioral support documents prior to annual Individual Service Planning (ISP) meetings. Conduct staff, manager, and other important interviews, file reviews, and observations to complete and develop the initial FBA and as needed. Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs) Create, update, and maintain person-centered PBSPs. Ensure that PBSPs reflect and match behaviors that require intervention. Ensure PBSPs are in company format, easy to read, instructive, and concise. Ensure that PBSPs meet all requirements as dictated by the Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs). Make updates as needed and also as requested by the ISP team Gain and maintain ISP team approval for 570 and 310 hours. Training staff after the completion of behavior documents and as needed. Behavior Tracking and IR/GER Review Create and maintain behavior-tracking systems for each
PBSP/ TESP.
Request BDT quarterly and not to exceed more than 6 months during the ISP year. Review IRs or General Event Reports (GERs) as sent to you. Request any IRs/GERs from teams as needed. Give feedback and direction after review of IRs/GERs, complete retraining after IR/GERs review as needed. Review IRs/GERs within 30 days of them being sent to you and re-review at the end of the ISP year as part of yearly FBA and PBSP updates. Education and Experience Requirements Possess a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®) graduate-level certification in behavior analysis and one year of experience using positive behavior support services with individuals who experience intellectual or developmental disabilities, OR Possess a Master of Arts or Master of Science in psychology, sociology, human services, education, social work, or the equivalent as evidenced by providing transcripts indicating applicable coursework, and one year of experience using positive behavior support services with individuals who experience intellectual or developmental disabilities, OR Possess a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in psychology, sociology, human services, education, social work, or the equivalent as evidenced by providing transcripts indicating applicable coursework, and three years of experience using positive behavior support services with individuals who experience intellectual or developmental disabilities, OR A minimum of six years of experience performing professional behavior services using positive behavior support services prior to January 1, 2021
