Key Qualifications & Experience:

Prior experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar student support capacity Familiarity with behavioral and academic interventions, especially within elementary school settings Ability to follow direction from a BCBA and implement behavior support strategies Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills to connect effectively with young learners Professionalism and adaptability in a school environment

Core Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized assistance to a 2nd-grade student during scheduled support times Implement behavioral plans and strategies developed in collaboration with the BCBA Document student progress and report observations or concerns as needed Foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment in the classroom Actively participate in a total of 12 sessions, every Wednesday from 4:15 PM to 4:45 PM Why Consider This Opportunity?
