Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) -
Northern Minnesota Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our valued client's healthcare team in beautiful Northern Minnesota. This is an incredible opportunity to practice primary care in a community known for its stunning lakes, outdoor recreation, and exceptional quality of life. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and the management of acute and chronic conditions. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including health histories and physical exams. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses across all age groups. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and lab results. Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe medications as appropriate. Provide patient and family education on wellness, disease prevention, and treatment options. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records. Offer follow-up care and monitor patient outcomes. Adhere to all federal, state, and organizational regulations and protocols. Qualifications Current and unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in Minnesota (or ability to obtain). Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited FNP program. Board certification (AANP or ANCC) as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Experience in family practice, primary care, or internal medicine preferred. What's Offered Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
