A well-established urgent care practice in Bensalem, PA is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner with experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or family medicine to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting and is committed to delivering efficient, evidence-based care to patients of all ages. Schedule and responsibilities
Full-time:
3 days on, 4 days off; rotating shifts within 8:00 AM-8:00 PM, seven days a week Evaluate and manage a broad range of acute illnesses and minor injuries across the lifespan Work autonomously while collaborating with an experienced multidisciplinary team Use modern clinical resources and protocols to ensure high-quality care and timely patient throughput Qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner license in Pennsylvania, or eligibility to obtain one Clinical experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or family medicine Strong assessment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills; ability to manage a diverse patient mix independently Excellent communication and teamwork skills Benefits Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision) Paid time off and CME allowance 401(k) with employer contribution Supportive workplace that prioritizes work-life balance If you are a motivated Nurse Practitioner seeking a stable, rewarding role with a flexible schedule, we welcome your application.
