Job/Practice Description:

Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (Mobile ROADS) Full-time, Monday-Friday, typically 7: 30 AM-4: 00 PM Works on mobile medical units serving students in rural schools during the school year When school is not in session, works at one of the organization's medical offices Provides direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation/monitoring for patients of all ages May perform specialty services after additional training, credentialing, and certification Collaborates closely with clinical and other staff to improve patient care and outcomes Participates in training, team meetings, and huddles Works across Lee, Darlington, Chesterfield, Marlboro, and Dillon counties

Requirements:

Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing, or Master's in Physician Assistant Sciences from an accredited program Licensed as an APRN or PA in South Carolina National certification (nurse practitioner certifying body, or NCCPA for PAs) Minimum 2 years of experience strongly preferred BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) required Location offers: Small-town, close-knit communities across Lee, Darlington, Chesterfield, Marlboro, and Dillon counties Home to Kalmia Gardens, Prestwood Lake, and Neptune Island Waterpark in nearby Hartsville Rich cultural scene with museums, arts programs, and community festivals About 30 minutes from Cheraw State Park, offering scenic hiking trails and a lake For more information: Katie Patterson 843.574.8234 katie@nowhealthcare.org
