Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by delivering personalized care in various settings, including home care and group homes. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of activities aimed at promoting independence and dignity while ensuring the safety and well-being of those you serve. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Monitor and record vital signs to ensure clients' health is maintained. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Ensure resident rights are respected and upheld at all times. Assist clients with mobility, including lifting when necessary, to promote their independence. Support individuals with developmental disabilities by providing tailored care that meets their unique needs. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to health and safety guidelines. Qualifications Previous experience in home care, group home settings, or senior care is preferred but not required. Knowledge of patient care techniques and resident rights is essential. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and assisting clients with mobility. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life. Familiarity with care plans and the ability to follow them accurately is a plus.
