In this role, you will diagnose and treat a wide range of health conditions while promoting preventative care and overall wellness. You will serve as both a skilled healthcare provider and a patient educator—supporting disease prevention efforts and empowering individuals to lead healthier lives. Extensive clinical experience in primary care is essential. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, works effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, and demonstrates professionalism, empathy, and strong clinical judgment. Patience, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills are key to success in this role. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and review patient medical histories Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests (e.g., lab work, X-rays) Diagnose acute and chronic health conditions Develop and implement treatment plans for chronic and infectious diseases Prescribe medications in accordance with regulations Maintain accurate patient records and manage care schedules Educate patients about diagnoses, treatment plans, and medications Provide guidance on disease prevention, public health concerns, and wellness strategies Monitor and oversee patients' overall health status Promote preventative care and healthy lifestyle practices Qualifications & Skills Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Must have 1-2 years clinical experience Experience with the eClinicalWorks EMR system is preferred Strong background in primary care, acute care, and chronic disease management Solid knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient care standards Excellent verbal and written communication skills High ethical standards and professionalism Collaborative team player with a positive attitude Calm, patient, and solution-oriented under pressure Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
