Job Description

Nursing Assistants/Caregivers needed for Assisted Living Unit. 6 mos to 1 year minimum previous experience working in and A/L unit preferred 1 Full Time AM Shift and 1 FT PM Shift Immediate Openings
PAY SCALE
$19.00 - $20.00 PER
HOUR BASED ON EXPERIENCE
Summary:
Maintains assigned areas in a clean, sanitary, safe, orderly manner in accordance with established procedures and as directed by the Assisted Living Director. Assures that the highest degree of cleanliness and sanitation are maintained at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.: Other duties may be assigned. Helps Residents with ADL's, Showers, Feeding, Nourishments etc Charts on each resident weekly Reports any residents incidents to A/L Director and completes incident reports Monthly weights and vitals Assists with scheduling transportation, doctor appts etc. Accompanies residents to appointments Inventories all personal items upon Admission Reports change of condidtions to A/L Director Education and/or
Experience:
Six months or more experience working in an Assisted Living Community required.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Med-Tech Certification preferred.
C.N.A./ HHA
