Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents, including assisting with daily living activities, vital signs, and basic care needs Develop and maintain a positive and supportive relationship with residents, families, and colleagues Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans and implement treatment interventions Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reportsRequirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; CNA certification required 0 years of experience, including new graduates; flexible scheduling available (AM, PM, NOC shifts) Full-time or part-time positions availableWhat We Offer:
