Santa Cruz Post Acute is hiring a part-time Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) to help our residents maintain and regain their physical mobility and independence.
Job Overview Position:
Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) -
Part-Time Pay Range:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Location:
Santa Cruz, CA Facility:
Santa Cruz Post Acute Responsibilities Lead residents through individualized range-of-motion exercises. Assist with ambulation, transfer training, and positioning. Support independent eating and restorative dining programs. Document resident progress and daily restorative treatments accurately. Report changes in resident physical capabilities to nursing staff.
Qualifications Certification:
Active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
Training:
Completed Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) training program.
Experience:
Prior experience in long-term care preferred.
Attributes:
Patient, encouraging, and physically able to assist residents.
