Patient Care:

Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse. Provide mobility assistance and assist with patient transfers.

Communication:

Effectively communicate with patients, families, and members of the healthcare team. Report changes in patients' conditions to the supervising nurse. Accurately document patient care activities in a timely manner. Support to

Observation and Reporting:

Professional Development:

Qualifications :

Certification:

Completion of a state-approved CNA training program and current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in Connecticut.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.
