PRN Shifts Available - Hiring for overnight and daytime caregivers Join a Team That Values Professional Caregivers We are seeking experienced, compassionate, and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) and/or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team. Experienced caregivers are strongly encouraged to apply. Compensation is based on experience, certifications, reliability, and overall qualifications. Our caregivers are trusted professionals who provide compassionate, person-centered care while helping clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. Responsibilities As a valued member of our care team, you will: Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene. Provide safe mobility assistance, transfers, and ambulation. Provide medication reminders and medication assistance as permitted. Observe and promptly report changes in clients' physical, emotional, or cognitive condition. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided. Provide companionship while promoting dignity, respect, and emotional well-being. Assist with meal preparation, feeding assistance, hydration, and nutritional monitoring. Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment. Respond appropriately to emergencies and client needs. Communicate professionally with supervisors, healthcare professionals, family members, and teammates to ensure continuity of care. Maintain client confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of professionalism at all times. Qualifications We are looking for caregivers who are dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing exceptional care. Required Current HHA, CNA, PCA, or equivalent caregiver certification. CPR or BLS required Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Reliable transportation. Ability to pass a Level II background screening and all required pre-employment requirements. Availability to work at least one weekend day each week. Availability to work scheduled holidays as needed. Preferred One or more years of experience in home health, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, or a related healthcare setting. Current CPR certification. Valid driver's license. Strong observation, documentation, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a healthcare team. A genuine passion for serving seniors and individuals who require assistance with daily living.
