Columbus, GA Opportunity to provide hands-on care in a nursing home environment Bi-weekly pay with direct deposit or pay card When you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision and medical insurance as well as 401(k), direct deposit and the referral bonus program Job Description A well-established nursing care facility in Columbus, GA is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with their daily care needs. In this role, you will assist residents with activities of daily living while helping maintain their comfort, dignity, and safety. The ideal candidate has at least one year of CNA experience, maintains current required credentials, and is comfortable working weekday shifts as needed and rotating weekends.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Support residents with transfers, positioning, and other routine care needs according to established care plans Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition or behavior to appropriate nursing staff Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and follow facility procedures Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents
Qualifications and Requirements:
Current CNA certification or applicable professional license Minimum 1 year of experience working in a CNA or equivalent position Current TB screening, including a negative PPD or chest X-ray dated within the past 5 years Successful completion of a skills competency assessment Current drug screening Satisfactory criminal background check Ability to work weekdays as needed and participate in a rotating weekend schedule
