Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our 3rd shift weekend package. Schedule Friday-Sunday 6pm-6:30am Duties Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support. Maintain patient safety by using proper manual handling techniques and equipment such as Hoyer lifts. Document patient information clearly and accurately within electronic health record (EHR) systems while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Support patients with dementia or memory care needs by implementing specialized care plans and engaging in therapeutic activities. Communicate effectively with nursing staff, physicians, and family members to relay pertinent patient information and updates. Skills Proven experience working as a CNA in various healthcare settings including long-term care facilities, hospitals, or assisted living communities. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems Experience providing specialized care such as Alzheimer's/dementia care, hospice support, or trauma center assistance is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safe lifting practices; experience with manual handling equipment like Hoyer lifts preferred.
