Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Elevate Senior Services Elevate Senior Services is seeking a dependable and compassionate HHA/CNA to provide in-home care and support to clients. The ideal candidate is reliable, patient, and comfortable assisting clients with personal care and mobility needs.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal-care needs Assist with transfers, mobility, and the safe use of mechanical lifts Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, and medication reminders Follow each client's individualized care plan Observe and report changes in a client's condition Maintain a safe, respectful, and comfortable home environment Arrive on time and provide dependable, consistent care

Requirements:

Current CNA or HHA certification/license is required At least one year of caregiving experience is required Must be able to safely assist clients with transfers and mechanical lifts Must have reliable transportation Must be dependable and maintain consistent attendance Must be able to pass all required background checks and screenings Compassionate, professional, and comfortable working independently in clients' homes If you are a reliable caregiver who takes pride in providing respectful, high-quality care, we would love to hear from you.
