Role:

HomeWell Care Services is hiring compassionate In-Home Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide one-on-one personalized care to seniors in Holly. If you are dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults while enjoying a flexible schedule, we would love to connect with you!

Key Responsibilities:

Personal Care:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.

Companionship:

Build meaningful relationships through conversation, emotional support, and engaging social activities.

Homemaking:

Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Care Coordination:

Observe, document, and report any changes in client health or status to the office care team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

CNA certificate, HHA certificate, or 1+ year of personal caregiving experience preferred (0-1 year accepted for motivated candidates). High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance. CPR and First Aid certifications are a plus. Strong communication skills and a compassionate, reliable demeanor. Willingness to pass required background checks.
