Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor resident health status and report changes to the nursing staff. Ensure the safety and comfort of all residents, adhering to safety guidelines and regulations. Participate in the development and implementation of resident care plans. Facilitate communication between residents, family members, and healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate records of resident care, condition, and progress. Required Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle physical demands of patient care Proficiency in basic nursing procedures and understanding of health, safety, and sanitation standards Empathy and resilience under pressure Ability to maintain confidentiality
