Job Description
Find your purpose working as a Nursing Assistant at the Sauk Centre Hospital! Our team is dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate care to our diverse patient population. We value our Nursing Assistants as crucial members of our healthcare team, committed to enhancing the well-being of every patient. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering quality nursing care under the supervision of registered nurses. You will assist in the development, implementation and evaluation of individualized nursing care plans, addressing the physical, psychological and spiritual needs of our patients. Your role will also involve coordinating patient appointments, communicating with patients both on the phone and in person and performing various clerical tasks. This position may be required to provide assistance and support at other organizational sites, including but not limited to Long Prairie, Melrose and Paynesville, as operational needs dictate. Travel between locations may be required. Schedule Full-time | 72 hours every two weeks | Sauk Centre Hospital Rotating day and night shifts required | 7:00 am

- 7:30 am Every third weekend | Rotating holidays Pay and Benefits Starting pay begins at $20.53 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience Pay range: $19.15
