Our Values:

At The Villas of Jackson, our assisted living community has staff and programs designed to support and assist residents with daily living and basic care in an apartment setting. We do this by providing residents with a full calendar of social activities, housekeeping, linen services, apartment maintenance, restaurant-style dining, a salon, an exercise and wellness room and local transportation. For residents needing more support, our professionally trained staff aid with medication, bathing, dressing and other necessary tasks throughout the day. We can also coordinate with outside services, such as rehabilitation providers, and monitor residents to ensure their health and mobility. We work hard to see that you or your loved one gets the care and support he or she needs and deserves. We do this to promote the enjoyment of a quality life without the added stress of daily chores. L1MA classes offered Insulin classes offered EssentiALZ Alzheimers Training offered Level one med aid: Safely and effectively pass medications Order refills for medications when needed Effectively sign off medication given or note why medication was not given Properly process any medication orders given by resident physicians and order it from the pharmacy Note any reactions to medications Help the aid or nurse with assisting residents with ADL's Note any resident changes, symptoms etc. notify the DON or nurse on call and fax physician or send to ER if directed CNA Safely and properly assist residents with ADL's Assist residents with Showers Assist residents with laundry or complete laundry for them Alert the nurse to any sores, redness, bruises, on residents' skin Alert the nurse to any changes in the resident such as appetite, energy, mental status, etc.
