9666098-03848 Job Description Seeking a dedicated healthcare professional to support elementary school students with complex medical needs as a Licensed Nursing Assistant. This full-time, interim position involves working within a school setting and includes responsibility for bus riding duties. The assignment will continue until further notice, depending on out-of-district placement status.

Schedule/Hours:

Full-time hours Includes bus riding as part of daily duties

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct care and support to 5th-grade level students with significant medical needs Work seamlessly in a 2:1 ratio, ensuring students safety and overall well-being throughout the school day Assist students during transportation, serving as a bus rider to monitor health and maintain a secure environment Collaborate with faculty, nursing staff, and other educational professionals to deliver comprehensive care plans Keep thorough, accurate records of daily activities, interventions, and observations Respond quickly and calmly to any health-related concerns or emergencies

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) license required Previous experience supporting children with complex medical needs, ideally in a school or pediatric setting Familiarity and comfort with bus transportation responsibilities for medically complex students Compassionate, adaptable, and proactive approach to care in a classroom environment Excellent communication skills to liaise with parents, school staff, and other healthcare providers This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young students needing specialized support in an educational setting.
