As our Assisted Living RN, you'll be the clinical anchor for our residents and the staff who support them day to day. What You'll Do Monitor resident health and respond quickly to changes in condition Guide and support caregiving staff to keep resident care on track Work with community leadership to coordinate each resident's care needs Complete assessments and update care plans with resident and family input Arrange appointments, referrals, transportation, and related communication Oversee medication services and keep the community in regulatory compliance Document incidents, look into concerns, and follow through on next steps
